jetway mind numbness

Whenever I am in an airport I get this very surreal feeling. I think part of it might be that although flying has become such a normal aspect of our lives, aiports and planes are still really cool. No matter how many times I fly, I still get anxious before boarding and am amazed when the wheels leave the ground. Airports are also fun because they have all sorts of funny hallways, stairs, tubes and stuff, the bathrooms are high tech (or were at some point) and there is this odd separation between the people working on the plane outside and the people riding the plane. Where else does a pane of glass so clearly divide two worlds? This photo is sort of funny because it reminds of that tired drone feeling I always have when I am standing in the jetway of an airport. It's also funny cause of the sign that says "Uneven Surfaces" and shows a guy/gal flailing after tripping on a crack in the floor. I wonder how many people had this sort of devastating fall before they finally put the signs up.
